Remember, we're not voting for best hair, but best *Courtney* hair. Which means hair that most represents Tammy outsides with Mandy insides. Which is why D is clearly the best choice.

Yes, but doesn't the definition of Courtney hair have to do with starting out wanting to look perfect like Julia Roberts or something but then deciding to get stoned and sexually harassing people with a blow up doll instead? By this logic, C wins.
